Who are e4creative photography ?
e4creative photography are a family run business and are based in Derby in the UK.

What type of photography do you do ?
We cover Sporting events, Black Tie Dinners & Balls, Prom Nights, Weddings, Family occasions and Corporate Business Events.

Can I see examples of your photography ?
Examples of our work can be seen on each of the pages of this website as well as photographs within the actual Galleries.

Can I see examples of your Wedding Photography ?
Whilst some of our photographs are displayed within the Wedding page of our website we would much rather you see examples of our actual printed Storybook Wedding Albums. Please contact us, our contact details can be found in our Contacts page.

Do you charge to attend an event for example a Black Tie Dinner, Ball or Prom night ?
Typically no, however this does depend on the type of event, the number of people attending and where the event is being held.

At an event do you charge by photograph or are their other options ?
If you are the event organiser you can either let your guests purchase photographs or we can arrange with you that in return for you paying a set fee for our attendance at your event then we can provide a free photograph for each of your guests or a reduced priced photograph for each of your guests.

Can you provide onsite printing at an Event so that people can purchase whilst they are there ?
Yes we can.

Can you provide an online Gallery after the event so that people can view and purchase photographs ?
Yes we can.

Are all your online Galleries available for public viewing ?
No, not all galleries are available for public viewing. Typically the 'private galleries' are for example Wedding Day photographs and these can only be accessed with a special access code. If you would rather have your event not available for public viewing then please discuss this with us at the time of your enquiry / booking.

How can I purchase photographs ?
All of the Photograph Galleries displayed on the e4creative photography website have an inbuilt shopping cart from which you can select different print sizes.

How long before I receive my photograph order ?
We aim to despatch your order within 7 days of it being placed.

Is there a Postage & Packing charge ?
Yes there is and this is set at £1.50 per order (not per photograph).

What Payment options do you take ?
Paypal is our preferred method of payment and the facility to make your payment by Paypal is integrated with the e4creative photography website online Photo ordering process.

Can I purchase digital copies of a photograph ?
Yes you can, digital purchase options are displayed within each of the Galleries Shopping Cart ordering facilities. (Note that typically for Sports Events that Team Photographs are not available as a digital copy).
